How does a Bloomin & Buddin subscription work?

Choose the plan that suits your home or gifting needs—Weekly, Fortnightly, or Monthly. Your bouquet is delivered according to your selected schedule. All plans are prepaid and there is no automatic renewal.

Is this an auto-renewing subscription?

No. We don't believe in surprise charges. Every subscription is a one-time purchase, and you'll only order again if you choose to.

When will my flowers be delivered?

All Bloomin & Buddin subscriptions deliver every Saturday, between 9 AM and 6 PM, across Delhi NCR. Place your order by Wednesday, 11:59 PM to be included in that week's Saturday delivery — orders placed after Wednesday will begin the following Saturday. Need your first bouquet sooner? What's included in each bouquet?

Every bouquet is thoughtfully designed using fresh, seasonal flowers sourced for quality and longevity. Each arrangement is unique while maintaining the same premium value and aesthetic.

Can I choose specific flowers?

Because we work with seasonal blooms, flower varieties may change throughout the year. While we can't guarantee specific flowers, we always maintain the colour palette, quality and style shown on our website.

For our Budding Lily & Fillers Bunch, you can let us know a colour preference (pink or white) at checkout, and we'll do our best to match it based on what's freshest that week — though we can't guarantee a specific colour every time, since it depends on what's available.

Why are seasonal flowers used?

Seasonal flowers stay fresher, last longer and are more sustainable. They also allow each delivery to feel unique while supporting local availability.

Are your flowers safe for pets and people with allergies?

Most of our flowers are gentle for homes with pets and allergy sensitivities, but our Budding Lily & Fillers Bunch specifically is not safe for cats. All parts of a true lily — the stems, leaves, petals, and even vase water — are toxic to cats and can cause serious harm. If you have a cat at home, please choose our Signature Flower Subscription instead, or message us and we'll help you find a pet-safe option.

If anyone in your home has pollen sensitivities, feel free to message us before ordering so we can advise on the best pick for your space.

We currently deliver across Delhi NCR.

How often can I receive flowers?

You can choose between:

How long do fresh flowers last?

Most bouquets remain beautiful for 5–10 days with proper care. Longevity varies depending on the flower varieties and your home's temperature.

How should I care for my flowers?

For the longest vase life:
Trim stems at an angle before placing them in water.
Change the water every 2–3 days.
Keep flowers away from direct sunlight and heat.
Remove any leaves below the waterline.
Re-trim stems every few days.

Can I gift a flower subscription?

Absolutely.

Simply enter the recipient's delivery address during checkout and include your personalised gift message. Flower subscriptions make thoughtful birthday, anniversary, housewarming and corporate gifts.

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes. Please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery so we can update your address.

Can I change or skip a delivery?

Yes — just message us on WhatsApp by Wednesday, 11:59 PM to skip or reschedule that week's Saturday delivery. Anything after Wednesday will apply to the following week instead.

What if my flowers arrive damaged?

If your bouquet arrives damaged or significantly wilted, email us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. Once verified, we'll arrange a replacement where applicable.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Since flowers are sourced fresh specifically for each order, cancellations aren't available once a plan has been purchased.

Are there any recurring payments?

No.

Every purchase is a single prepaid plan. There are no subscriptions that renew automatically.
